📂 Summary Care Record (SCR) – your current medication and allergies are uploaded to the NHS “spine” so doctors elsewhere can see them if needed.

🔄 GP to GP Transfers – your records move securely with you if you register at another practice.

👀 Patient Access – you can view your medical records online.

Patients may request access to their medical records.

Patients may choose to opt out of the local or national Summary Care Record if they wish.

Patients can also request that online access to their records be enabled.

Patients who are not already registered for online access should visit our online services page for more information.

Once registered, you can book appointments, order prescriptions via the NHS App, and view your records securely.
