Booking appointments
As a practice we have adopted a 'Total Triage' system. For any appointments contact us through this link: Contact us about your request (accurx.nhs.uk)
Once received by us, your form will be dealt with appropriately and you will receive contact from one of our clinical or admin staff.
Cancelling Appointments
It is important that you inform us if you are unable to attend your appointment, so that it can be offered to another patient. If you continually fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend your appointments, you may be removed from the list.
You can cancel your appointments through the link on your reminder messages.
Late For Your Appointment
Please attend your appointment on time, if you are late you may not be seen and will need to rearrange the appointment.
Interpreter
If you require an interpreter for your appointment please note this on the form and we will arrange this for you.
SMS Reminders
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
It also has a cencellation link you can follow if the appointment is no longer suitable.
Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.
