Private Services Policy
🏥 Scope
This practice provides certain nonβNHS services on a discretionary basis. These services are not covered by the NHS and may incur a fee.
If you require a medical examination (not a support letter or report), please contact the relevant provider directly (please see information below).

The GP will inform patients of the fee before proceeding.

Requests will be processed within 30 working days.

We do not carry out medical examinations for:

Sports or leisure activities
📝 Request Process

A signed patient consent form is required for all requests, unless the request comes directly from the patient.

Requests must be made in writing, preferably via:

A clear reason for the request

Preferred method of receiving the report (email or paper copy for collection)

π§ Delivery of Reports

Patients must provide an email address they are happy for the report to be sent to, or specify if they require a printed paper copy for collection.

Please be aware that reception staff are not involved in processing medical report requests.

All requests are managed by our Reports Team, who will ensure your request is handled correctly.

To avoid delays, please submit requests directly in writing (AccuRx, email, or letter).
