👶 Patients Under 16

• Even if you are under 16, nothing will be shared with parents, family members, care workers, or teachers without your permission.

• ⚠️ The only exception would be if it is necessary to protect you or someone else from serious harm.

• 🗣️ In such circumstances, we will always try to discuss this with you first.

• If you have any worries or questions about confidentiality, please speak to a member of staff.

• 🛋️ If you would like to discuss matters of a confidential nature, either with our receptionists or a member of the dispensary team, a private side room is available in reception for this purpose.
